proficiency in German and English to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview – Bilingual HR Support Representative (German &
English)
As a Bilingual HR Support Representative, you’ll be at the heart of
our employee services, providing support on HR-related topics and
ensuring smooth internal operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email.
Log and manage queries using internal ticketing systems.
Provide information and clarification on HR policies, benefits,
procedures, and more.
Maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and
confidentiality.
Resolve queries effectively, taking ownership of individual
performance metrics.
What You Bring:
Fluency in German (B2 level or higher).
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal
communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with
discretion.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
