On behalf of our client, a leading international company in its sector, we are looking for responsible professional for the role of BRAND MANAGER.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans adapting global brand strategy to local needs;
• Develop a highly efficient business partnership with brand companies;
• Develop proactive proposals on portfolio management;
• Prioritize channels and regions with specific DVA guidelines;
• Plan marketing activities as well as above-the-line and below-the-line strategies;
• Implement agreed plans (development, implementation, and subsequent evaluation);
• Ensure that all brand activities comply with the agreed brand philosophy and strategy;
• Ensure that marketing activities are regularly evaluated versus objectives;
• Identify opportunities and threats through careful evaluation of the market;
• Monitor marketing activities from competitors and develop counter strategies;
• Monitor marketing expenditure and budget;
• Assist in the realization of brand and corporate events;
• Monitor and evaluate AC Nielsen report, IWSR reports and distributor sell-out data;
• Provide briefings to sales and marketing teams;
• Liaise with Sales Team to drive marketing actions;
• Actively participate, negotiate, and evaluate marketing agencies;
• Liaise with finance, logistics, sales, etc. departments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University Degree or higher;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in FMCG industry is required;
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
• Basic skills in sales and finance;
• Analytical mind, strategic thinking and results oriented personality;
• Excellent computer skills in MS office;
• Proactive approach to innovation management;
• Excellent knowledge of English language;
• Driving license;
• Available for business trips, customer visits and field work.
