Our client is a leading company in the marketing and distribution
of fast-moving consumer goods. We are looking for an experienced
and responsible professional for the position of Brand Manager.
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and
managing assigned brands, driving strategic marketing initiatives,
negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing budget allocations to
ensure brand growth and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business
strategies for assigned brands.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor
activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets and advertising
campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and
agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market
share targets.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock
management.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, marketing
guidelines, and industry standards.
Required qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
• Strong expertise in brand positioning, pricing strategies, and
market analysis.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and budget
management skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
