For one of our clients - a pioneer in Technology and Operations, offering expert Advisory and
Solutions, backed by the world’s most extensive advanced tech infrastructure, we are looking
for – German-speaking Business Analyst (Remote).

Responsibilities

*Analyze and evaluate business needs related to regulatory reporting changes;
*Document clear, structured requirements for internal teams and stakeholders;
*Create sideload designs based on Abacus360 mappings and reporting logic;
*Write step-by-step HowTos for sideload file creation and maintenance;
*Extract and compile data into Excel-CSV files from internal databases and sources;
*Collaborate with Informatica Developers to test and validate data mappings (MSLs);
*Track progress and issues by creating and managing Jira tickets.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Excellent German language skills and very good English;
*Experience in regulatory reporting or related audit/consulting projects in banking;
*Solid SQL skills for working with databases and large data sets;
*Strong eye for detail and analytical thinking;
*Knowledge of German and EU banking regulations (e.g., Basel III, CRD IV);
*Hands-on experience with Abacus360 or similar reporting tools;
*Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar—or completed banking apprenticeship.
