Overall Purpose:
Provides high quality of purchasing administration services in a
timely manner to the assigned countries across LDC business being
part of LDC Services Bulgaria team
Responsible for accurate and complete execution of daily tasks
related to purchasing administration, such as purchase order
services, vendor master data collection and verification, vendor
contract administration
Provides full support and resolve queries to internal and external
customers and stakeholders in connection with P2P process as
training, onsite support, daily communication etc.
Act as an enabler and key user in the BOLD transformation project
managing P2P process
Support Buying/Sourcing activities – Tactical Buy
Mobility – 6-12 months to the assigned country
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and control the P2P-process
Support the country change management processes related to BOLD and
other Projects and act as Key User for the assigned
region/country/category
On time and quality delivery of procurement administration
activities such as Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order (PO)
processing, PO follow up and expediting, vendor master data
collection and verification, vendor contract administration,
support to internal customers on PR and PO processes
Contract and price implementation in ERP
Buying channel compliance monitoring
Ensure that LDC policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, contract
compliance, local procurement guidelines etc.)
Focus on results and service level KBIs achieved
Challenge current processes/practices identifying improvements
where applicable
Perform tactical Buying/Sourcing activities under respective
Category Manager guidelines
Interact with AP to resolve issues and support improvements on P2P
process to the assigned spend area
Communication and People Development
Single Point Of Contact SPOC to all users (PR Creators) into the
assigned spend area
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding
and support for P2P processes and Shared Services generally
Provide assistance where necessary for all other team members and
customers
Knowledge and expertise built and shared within the team and
countries
Working as a team to enhance the cross-department/country
capabilities, procurement ability and high performance
standards
Train users and internal stakeholders on process and tools
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Growth and Innovation
Drive end-to-end standard P2P processes across the LDC business
Development of best practice processes and highlighting
opportunities for process improvement
Be part of testing of new P2P/System developments, ERP releases,
new procurement processes and tools
Experience:
>2 years in procurement in large companies with a robust P2P
process
evidence of extensive experience of service delivery to internal
and external customers
working with ERPs (SAP will be a big advantage)
Education:
Business Administration, a minor in procurement or supply chain
management will be a nice to have
Languages:
English as a must have
German, French will be a nice to have
Skills and competencies:
Experience with a P2P system is a must have - experience with an
ERP, ideally SAP (ECC or S/4Hana) is a nice to have
Experience with an eProcurement solution (ideally SAP Ariba) is a
nice to have
Customer focus - capable to understand the business needs of
internal clients, drive understanding and support of Purch Admin
process and shared service organization, propose win-win business
solutions
Process Driven - be able to master P2P process and to improve it
when necessary
Analytical thinking - be able to analyze a situation and then
identify and evaluate possible solutions (turn complex situations
into simple things)
Team player - be able to act collectively and collaboratively
Auditing awareness & skills - needs to know the existence of
the auditing process, and act accordingly
