For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Call Center Agent with German or
Turkish or Estonian.

Responsibilities

*Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and
occasional video calls;
*Assist clients with money transfer - related questions, ensuring quick and accurate solutions
or escalating when necessary;
*Deliver timely and high-quality responses while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction;
*Communicate confidently with B2B partners and clients, representing the company in a
professional manner;
*Follow company guidelines, policies, and workflows while contributing to overall service excellence;
*Accurately log, track, and update customer cases using modern CRM and digital support tools.

Requirements and necessary skills

* Fluency in German, Turkish, or Estonian (B2-C1 level) with strong spoken and written
communication skills;
* Good command of English for internal communication, training, and documentation;
* Prior customer service or technical support experience is an advantage;
* Comfortable using digital platforms, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting tools;
* Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities;
* Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote
environment.
