* Handling customers questions and issues via email, phone or
chat;
* Offering fast and friendly help and solutions for the issues at
hand;
* Following up on more complex cases and, if needed, escalating
them further according to
the company’s guidelines;
* Ensuring that scripting of the call is added the ticket and
sending it to other internal teams
that are taking on the escalated case;
* Following products and procedures’ new updates and implementing
changes;
* Ensuring that the constant communication loop is closed between
you and Teal Leaders
and supporting the constant flow of information.
