For one of our clients we are looking for a Cash Application
Assistant with Norwegian, German, French, Dutch, Italian, and
English (B1) who has an eye for detail and enjoys working with
numbers and data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Keep constant track of cash transactions, including invoices and
payments on different platforms;
* Monitor payment dates, clients names, amount due, amount paid and
amount outstanding;
* Gather data from multiple sources, configure write-offs and
administer refunds;
* Conduct analysis and report to the respective team manager and
ensure that the department’s targets are achieved.
