Описание на позицията

Основни задължения:
Applies the commercial strategy with a focus on providing high quality customer service, achieving the commercial goals for transactional business and controlling the profitability in accordance with the Bank's policy.
Supports other sales teams in the respective segments to implement the goals, with a focus on increasing sales and profitability on transactional products and services, such as:
Consults and offers, through interaction with Relationship Managers (RMs) and in cooperation with other markets, the best services and solutions for corporate clients;
Participates in the preparation of complex offers for key clients of the bank, as well as customer tenders for complex banking services (RFI / RFP).
Prepares specialized commercial proposals and solutions by interacting and coordinating with other units in the bank;
Identifies potential and plans strategies for expanding sales and improving the profitability of cash management services, based on regular analysis.
Initiates and participates in meetings with customers, together with RMs;
Targets and organizes sales campaigns of cash management services. Monitors market trends, positioning and competitive advantages in terms of types of transactional products and services and price levels for them. Based on this, offering improvements to existing products and services, or develop new products in the market and participation with its expertise in related banking projects.
Creates and maintains instructions, contracts and presentations in connection with non-lending and specialized cash management services, as well as the price conditions for them and may initiate changes in the Tariff for business clients;
Offers for approval preferences for non-standard products / services and / or complex solutions, in coordination with mCEO / Head of Department;
Coordinates individualized price conditions;
Responsible for the sale of transactional products and services from the stage of identifying an opportunity for them until signing a contract with the customer. Coordinates the after-sales process.
Initiative to solve identifying problems with customers;

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
Strong presentation and communication skills;
Solid analytical skills and structured thinking;
Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, ability to work in teams;
Relevant University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics;
Curiosity in Finance, Banking or Global transactions services;
At least 1-year experience in position managing business customers or products for business customers;
Good command of English knowledge;
Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
