Chat and Email Specialist with Danish/ Hungarian/ Polish/ Czech or
Slovak
Main responsibilities:
Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and
services;
Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries
concerning part/product replacement and execute solutions in line
with local procedures;
Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the
database.

Job requirements:
Fluency in Danish/ Hungarian/ Polish/ Czech or Slovak(C1);
Good level of English (B2);
Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
