Key responsibilities:
Monitors and analyses the actual performance compared with the ESG
targets and budgets.
Participates directly in the development and preparation of the ESG
reports for the
Regulators and KBC Group – including also the process of regular
data gathering, cleansing and analysis of data.
Participates in the process of ESG strategy, targets and budget
creation. Coordinates the process within KBC Group Bulgaria.
Analyses new business requirements for the ESG data as well as
participates in tests, business validations and assurance of the
ESG data.
Prepares presentations on the ESG topic for internal and external
forums and events.
Participates in projects connected with the systematic provision of
the data necessary for the ESG reports.
Participates in the preparation of ESG policies and other related
initiatives.
Identifies and follows the major trends in the ESG and Sustainable
finance regulations (CSRD, Taxonomy, etc.), good practices and
standards.
Position requirements:
Higher education
Relevant experience of minimum 2 years in a business organization
and/or ESG expertise
Affinity for working with data
Excellent command of English – spoken and written
Very good planning, organizing, tracking results, multitasking
skills
Analytical and communication skills
