Experience Consultant to join our team in Sofia and support one of
our most vibrant international partners—an iconic and globally
celebrated confectionery and food brand.
Your Role:
As a Client Experience Consultant, you’ll be the trusted point of
contact for customers, ensuring they receive not just service—but a
genuinely positive experience. Your responsibilities will
include:
• Providing timely and empathetic support while resolving
customer inquiries with professionalism;
• Taking ownership of issues, navigating solutions independently
while following company policies;
• Maintaining high-quality service standards across every
touchpoint of the customer journey;
• Handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving
environment;
• Proactively following up to ensure resolution and customer
satisfaction;
• Adapting quickly to changes in tools, processes, and team
dynamics.
