Responsibilities:
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the internal platform, as
well as the rest of the company product suite, and how products fit
into client organizations and their processes;
• Serve as an advocate to the client, as well as an advocate for
the client within the company;
• Provide first-tier product support, addressing product-related
inquiries using the CRM system;
• Support senior team members in client calls and lead platform
training sessions;
• Coordinate with teams internally to help shape the product
roadmap, validate platform behavior, and provide support for other
projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, or similar field a plus,
but not required);
• 1-2 years of finance, accounting, or investment experience;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and
interpersonal skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or domain expertise
in investment analytics a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus;
• Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM a plus;
• Training, consulting, or client presentation experience a plus,
but not required.
