The Client Success Leader II will deliver trusted data to drive
intelligent business decisions, innovative insights and new
solutions. You will drive and align data strategies to the
enterprise/function as well as overall corporate strategy by
building business relationships and ensuring value delivery.
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain corporate level strategies related to data
incorporating and balancing Integrated Operating Company principles
with unique enterprise and function priorities.
Align Data priorities of groups, functions and enterprises to
Cargill's data strategy and ensure the overall strategy is
informed by priorities of groups, enterprises and function
needs.
Develop and drive a balanced portfolio which enables modernization
of the existing environment as well as new business opportunities
by using data as the asset.
Support exploitation of strategic and tactical business
opportunities, and be a champion for a data based, decision-making
culture
Build partnerships across enterprises and functions to ensure a
high level of customer client satisfaction based on an accountable
nature and clear expectations.
Clearly identify and measure the business value and business case
management data investments.
Drive key data metrics for progress and clear reporting across the
organization.
Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for
direct reports and their organization, which may include
forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance
management, training and budgeting. You will also coordinate
subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align
with current and future needs of the organization.
