For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for - Client Support Advisor with Turkish or English.

Отговорности

*Provide support via phone, email, live chat, social media, and video calls;
*Assist clients with account issues, product questions, and general inquiries;
*Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction;
*Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution;
*Work closely with other teams to escalate and solve complex problems;

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Turkish or English, both spoken and written;
*Excellent communication and active listening abilities;
*Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools;
*Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure;
*Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
