mobile, and payment services provider. They are looking for a
Client Support Specialist with English to join their team as it is
expanding.
Main Responsibilities:
Addressing customer concerns and offering the most effective
solution;
Promoting additional products or services;
Delivering customer assistance over the phone (only inbound
calls);
Solving issues while maintaining exceptional service and product
standards for company customers.

Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
Previous experience in customer support positions will be an
