For one of our clients – a leading tech company in the gaming sector, offering more than 25
years of exceptional experience worldwide, we are on a lookout for а CMS Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day CMS operations, including content publishing, page configuration, and
deployment across desktop, tablet, and mobile;
* Create, edit, and publish brand-consistent web content such as promotions, landing pages,
banners, and dynamic player-facing assets;
* Design and launch high-converting landing pages that support campaigns, promotions, and
new product releases;
* Configure game feeds, categories, promotional modules, and personalized content
experiences using segmentation rules;
* Oversee content workflows from staging to production while ensuring full compliance with
regulatory and responsible gaming standards;
* Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, design, and operational teams — working
directly with a client based in Canada;
* Monitor user traffic, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements to
enhance UX, content performance, and conversion.

Requirements and necessary skills

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Web Operations, CMS Management, or digital content operations;
* Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or custom CMS solutions;
* Strong understanding of landing page design, responsive web design, and conversion
optimization principles;
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing workflows, with the ability to read
and edit code;
* Excellent English communication skills (C1+), with the ability to collaborate effectively
with international teams and stakeholders;
* Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, especially when
managing complex CMS configurations.
