their team in the role of:
Collection Specialist with English
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day Collection operations, including
closely tracking overdue receivables, minimizing the risk of bad
debts, and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts
within the ERP system;
Contact business customers to settle overdue payments (via phone,
email, or in person);
Work with external agencies to recover assets and resolve
disputes;
Negotiate solutions with customers to help them repay debts;
Handle contract terminations for non-payment;
Manage legal cases and repossession procedures;
Keep records of collection activities and ensure compliance with
laws.

Job Requirements:
Fluency in English (C1);
Fluency in Bulgarian (C1);
Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably majoring
in accounting;
At least 2+ years of experience in the leasing area;
Experience in Collections processes in a complex business
environment;
Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
