The SBS Commercial Service Line function provides operational
support for the Domestic & International Supply chain. The
scope of this function includes trade & contract control,
commercial invoicing and claim settlement, payment processing,
stock data reconciliation and declaration.
Main Responsibilities:
Contract Life Cycle management:
Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation
(completeness/coherence check)
Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring &
signature follow-up
Closing of fully executed trades and follow up of accrual
ageing
Invoicing & Cash management:
Daily invoice booking (Goods, Transport, Logistic Services, Claims,
Broker commission)
Daily payment issuing (ensure timely payment processing, match cash
to invoices, monitor unmatched payments)
Ageing balance monitoring
Stock data management:
Reconciliation of 3rd asset’s stock reports and Front office
data
Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks, payment of
premium)
Master data management:
Collect & Verify mandatory documents related to Secondary cost
counterparty creations / updates
Collect & Verify mandatory documents related to Bank account
creations / updates
Perform Agent & Broker Due Diligence as per requirements from
Compliance
Request Counterparty / Bank account creation / update in the global
master data tool
Experience:
Professional experience (minimum 3 years) within an international
trading environment
Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems
(prerequisite)
Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take
initiatives
Very good attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Languages:
English fluent (prerequisite)
French language will be considered as a plus
Soft skills:
Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner
that is useful and relevant to control business
Ability to understand and act, following process and procedures in
an accurate and timely matter
Ability to work with strict daily deadlines
Ability to strive for continuous improvement
