For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces
and distributes a variety of
beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Conflict
Specialist - Shared Services
with German and English (Hybrid).
*Handle customer and internal inquiries related to disputes in a
timely and professional manner;
*Support smooth execution of dispute processes within the Shared
Services environment;
*Maintain accurate records and provide necessary documentation
using tools like SAP;
*Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and ensure a
great customer experience.
*Assist with process documentation and suggest small improvements
where possible;
*Ensure compliance with internal policies and escalate complex
cases when needed.
