Dobromir Nikolov is looking for a new team member.
In Consumer Sales Stream we are responsible for Developing and
Testing all Sales relevant frontends and product catalogue.
Additionally, we are developing campaigning Solutions, with
different systems to optimizing our sales targets.
The ultimate goal is to present the customer or employee the best
offer in every customer journey.
Your daily routine would include:
Investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and
impact on Sales systems and processes;
Prepare technical requirements for Sales İT solutions and
work with developers to create the best solutions;
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to gather
and clarify requirements;
Participate in testing and implementing new features in Sales and
Service systems.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
At least 5 years of experience with Sales Systems, Product
catalogues and campaigning systems like Adastra, Bloomreach or
Salesforce;
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Technologies and/or IREB CPRE preferred;
Ability to translate technical language into business language and
vice versa;
Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly communicate technical
information to business stakeholders;
Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems related to
Sales systems and processes;
Ability to work in a team and focus on results;
Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
