for – Contracts and Invoices Processing Administrator with German
(Hybrid).
*Manage end-to-end processing of contracts, orders, invoices, and
cancellations in accordance
with internal guidelines;
*Review and validate contract terms, ensuring proper documentation
and compliance with
legal and company standards;
*Ensure timely and accurate billing by supporting the full
invoicing and credit process;
*Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing clear and
professional communication in
a B2B context;
*Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders,
contracts, and invoicing in
collaboration with internal teams;
*Keep internal records and systems up to date with relevant
contract and billing information;
*Work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer
Service to ensure
smooth operations and issue resolution.
