The significance of your rolе
We know that you are a creative person who can create engaging
content and communications, develop comprehensive strategies that
enhance the company’s image and strengthen the employer brand, as
well as plan and organize impactful events for different types of
audiences. In your role as a Corporate Communications and Employer
Branding Specialist at Sopharma Trading, your focus will be on
internal and external communications for our main business areas –
wholesale and retail, which are responsible for our SOpharmacy
concept. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Business
Partners, the SOpharmacy Marketing team, as well as key colleagues
from our various business units and senior management
representatives. Together with them, you will craft consistent
messages that clearly reflect our culture, mission, vision, and
values. This position is part of our very dynamic and proficient HR
Department and reports directly to the Group Corporate
Communications Manager.
What we expect from you
1. Strategy
• Collaborate with the Group Corporate Communications Manager to
develop Sopharma Trading corporate communications strategy
• Work closely with Senior HR Manager, HRBP, Marketing, and
Communications teams to enhance our employer branding strategy
& align employer branding efforts with overall business
goals
• Actively participate in the development and refinement of our
internal communication strategy according to the needs and goals of
different teams and audiences
• Develop communication plans in alignment of our mission,
vision, and values and business objectives
2. Communications & Creative
• Deliver engaging content and communications to all audiences
using written and visual media
• Prepare and execute innovative employer branding campaigns to
attract top talent for various roles within headquarter, pharmacies
and warehouses
• Create impactful internal initiatives to capture our
colleagues
• Manage all internal communication channels
• Manage and regularly update our website content
• Audit consistently all communication channels and identify
improvement areas
• Coordinate our relations with valuable partners as
universities, schools, and others
• Coordinate our relations with vendors for various activities
such as video production, designs, corporate gifts, etc
3. Events
• Plan and execute events to all audiences – team spirit events,
employer branding activities (job fairs, presentations, etc.), and
other business events
4. Social media
• Monitor all social media platforms and manage our corporate
profiles on them
• Develop relevant content for our social media channels
• Plan, create and manage paid employer branding ads
• Produces reports for our performance
Тhe skills and competencies required for the rolе
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as
Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising,
Linguistics
• At least 3 years of experience at the corporate communications
or communication agency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent English: written and spoken
• Project management skills and result oriented personality
• Excellent computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
