For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for
– Corporate Travel Advisor with German and English.

Отговорности

*Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and transportation);
*Provide travel solutions that align with clients' corporate policies and preferences;
*Offer recommendations for cost-effective and time-efficient travel options;
*Handle travel bookings, changes, and cancellations;
*Assist with any travel-related issues or emergencies;
*Build and maintain strong client relationships;
*Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and best practices.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in German and English (written and spoken);
*Experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus;
*Knowledge of Travel GDS Systems - as Amadeus, Galileo, etc. - is a strong advantage;
*Good typing and computer MS Office skills;
*Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
*Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service;
*Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
