We are currently looking for a detail-driven, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented professional to join us as a Crew Control Officer to join our growing team.
Location: Sofia, 64 Hristofor Kolumb Blvd, Bldg A02, Sofia Airport Centre.

Отговорности

Your Mission:
As a Crew Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — making sure the right crew is in the right place, at the right time, every time. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force ensuring every flight takes off safely, efficiently, and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing crew scheduling and real-time roster changes for both cockpit and cabin crew
- Solving operational challenges — from last-minute sick calls to unexpected delays
- Planning ahead for potential disruptions (AOGs, maintenance, etc.)
- Working closely with our Duty Operations Manager and Training Department
- Monitoring duty and flight time limitations to ensure safety and compliance
- Overseeing crew travel and accommodation logistics
- Championing crew wellbeing and fatigue risk management
- Leading process improvements, including HP bidding and Roster Preferences

Изисквания и необходими умения

- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- A natural communicator with excellent English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in crew control, flight operations, or a related aviation function
* Experience in tourism, guiding, hospitality, or customer-facing roles in transport/logistics is also a strong advantage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Confident working with IT systems and rostering tools
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and time zones
- Team player with great interpersonal skills and a calm, proactive approach
- High school diploma required; university degree (in aviation, tourism, hospitality, logistics, or similar) is a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts on a hybrid mode (on-site and home office)
