For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Advisor with Irish or
Dutch or Italian or German or Danish (PTE).

Отговорности

*Help customers via phone, email, and chat;
*Assist with orders, subscriptions, and content access;
*Solve issues fast while keeping the customer experience great;
*Keep records of conversations and follow up when needed;
*Team up with others to handle trickier cases;
*Stay informed about new products, titles, and offers.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Irish, Dutch, Italian, German, or Danish + solid English;
*Customer service experience is a bonus;
*Great communication and troubleshooting skills;
*Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused;
*Comfortable using basic tech and online platforms;
*Love for books and movies is a big plus.
