Отговорности

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. Your daily responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, live chat, emails, and social media inquiries, assisting customers with questions, and resolving any issues they may face. This role is perfect for individuals who are communicative, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive customer experience.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Fluency in German (written and spoken)
Good command of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sports is a plus
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office proficiency)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent

Full-time position with flexible shifts (Monday – Sunday, from 10 AM to 2 AM)
