Job Description:

Currently we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn
professional to join the team in the role of: Customer Success
Specialist with French and English
Main Responsibilities:
Sales order & Claims creation
Maintenance of customer portal
Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders
Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
MIS reporting as needed
Responsible for & Understands Order Management Proces
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
Proficiency in French and English at B2 level or higher
Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in order management and order booking in Oracle is
an advantage
Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage queries
efficiently
High agility, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing orders
and claims
