For one of our clients – a leading company in the field of customer experience management,
offering innovating services and solutions. We are on a search for communicative, motivated
and capable people for the role of Customer Care Specialist with Polish, Hebrew, German or
Dutch and English.

Отговорности

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact with the customers, for all their questions and issues;
* Contacting existing customers for contract renewals and providing information on new
products and services;
* Making calls to prospective customers and striving to make a sale;
* Keeping your knowledge of company’s products and services on-point at all time;
* Striving to provide excellent experience and build a good relationship with each customer;
* Trying to achieve pre-set targets for a given time-frame.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements:
* Amazing Polish, Hebrew, German or Dutch and good English skills;
* Great communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office apps;
* Previous experience in a contact center role or with sales is preferred, but not required;
* Results-driven and motivated to provide the best service;
* Capable, organized and good with time management;
* Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment;
* University level diploma is preferred.
