For one of our clients – a global company, known for their outstanding services and satisfied
clients. We are searching for adaptable, responsible and confident individuals for the role of
Customer Experience Specialist with Danish, Finish, Norwegian or Swedish and English.

Отговорности

* Handling customer issues via phone, email, or chat and striving to solve them effectively;
* Understanding and addressing each customer's needs while hitting performance targets;
* Doing independent research to go above and beyond for customers, educating them on self-service options;
* Juggling multiple systems to keep records up-to-date and accurate;
* Keeping financial transactions confidential and reporting system faults as needed;
* Supporting colleagues proactively, giving feedback, and helping the team grow.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Comfortable communicating in one of the main languages (at least C1 level) and confident
with spoken and written English (at least B2 level);
* Able to stay cool when dealing with tough customers;
* Quick to adapt to changes in products, processes, and tech;
* Reliable and responsible, good with time management and multitasking;
* Proficient in MS Office application use;
* Past experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
