Role Overview:
The Customer Centricity Division is the newest structure in the
Commercial team. Our focus is to lead the creation and
implementation of Customer First Culture and customer-oriented
practices across the organization – in all products and services,
all customer journeys and in all channels.
The team actively contributes to the creation of the best customer
experience in the market, as well as to the development of
end-to-end framework for measurement of customer experience and
feedback in accordance with targeted ambitions.
We are looking for an intern who is excited to work for building
the best experience for our customers, in line with the company
growth and revenue ambitions.
Your responsibilities will be:
Participation in initiatives supporting the achievement of Customer
Centricity objectives (improvement of customer journeys, customer
first culture in all channels)
Manage the process from case-by-case customer issue investigation
to finding the best resolution, follow up and reporting
Be involved in regular update and analysis on the KPIs for customer
experience measurement
Participate in evaluation of existing and creation of new product,
services or care customer journeys
Contribute to execution of recommendations for improvement of
existing customer journeys and overall customer experience
