For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Operations Coordinator with Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Slovak.

Отговорности

*Deliver friendly and efficient support to customers via email, chat, or phone;
*Provide clear information and basic help with non-technical questions;
*Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the system;
*Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed;
*Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
*Stay informed about products, services, and company updates.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Slovak, plus good English skills;
*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential;
*Excellent communication and people skills;
*Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems;
*Calm, patient, and professional under pressure;
*Flexible with shifts and ready to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
