execution, and create the basis to operate the environment,
providing a seamless cloud experience everywhere.
In a typical day as Customer Project Manager you:
Form, lead and coordinate multi-national project teams (including third party agencies) to ensure the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget
Work closely with our customers to collect, translate and manage requirements, manage expectation and ensure proactive communication
Manage scope and identify up- and/or cross-sell opportunities
Effectively manage all risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
Select and effectively use a variety of delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Provide reliable financial forecasts to the management
