For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Relation Specialist
with Arabic or Hebrew or Dutch with English.

Responsibilities

*Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls;
*Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for common issues;
*Update and maintain customer records and case documentation;
*Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments;
*Ensure timely and accurate responses in line with service standards;
*Support internal administrative tasks and process optimization.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Arabic, Hebrew, or Dutch, plus good command of English;
*Strong written communication skills and attention to detail;
*Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus;
*Comfortable using multiple software tools and online platforms;
*Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently;
*Willingness to work in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
