For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Relationship
Expert with Czech or Polish or Hungarian and English.

Отговорности

*Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat;
*Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction;
*Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions;
*Maintain clear and professional communication at all times;
*Log and track customer interactions using internal systems;
*Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer requests efficiently.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Czech or Polish, or Hungarian and very good English;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Basic technical knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly;
*Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage;
*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
*Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
