Here are your responsibilities on the path to progress:
Providing email & chat support to clients at all levels;
Answering questions from clients on the company service’s;
High-quality service with an individual approach to each
request;
Guiding customers through processes and offering in-depth product
expertise;
Monitors the implementation of the commitments made in negotiating
with clients;
Providing assistance and interaction with other departments of the
company.
