(PTE option available).
* Handling customer issues via phone, email, or chat and striving
to solve them effectively;
* Understanding and addressing each customer's needs while
hitting performance targets;
* Doing independent research to go above and beyond for customers,
educating them on
self-service options;
* Juggling multiple systems to keep records up-to-date and
accurate;
* Keeping financial transactions confidential and reporting system
faults as needed;
* Supporting colleagues proactively, giving feedback, and helping
