Currently, we are looking for a professional who would join us and become part of the Pursuit Support & Client Management Center on the position of Customer Success Manager with French, German, Spanish or Italian

Отговорности

Responsibilities:

• Customer relationship management – a single point of contact for the customer; maintenance of
customer satisfaction
• Customer’s on-boarding, adoption, potential expansion and advocacy across a portfolio of
customers
• Manage Change Orders and provide consulting to the customer on new products and services
• Escalation management - mitigate existing issues, qualify and escalate to the responsible teams
no responsibility for resolving of the escalations
• Manage forecasting and P&L on an account basis and maintain profitability
• Remediation of Performance metrics, preparation of monthly reports regarding customer
successes, recommendations for further optimization
• Responsible for small deals, standard services with less than 1Mill TCV

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience on the related position in IT Services, Sales or Service Delivery
Management
• Experience in Client Management is mandatory
• IT service knowledge (preferable Solution Design experience)
• Sales experiences will be considered an advantage
• Fluent French or German or Italian or Spanish both verbal and written
• Fluent English both verbal and written
• Experience with using a variety of software packages (ref. Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint,
Access, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, ability to use advanced data analysis functions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Interpersonal skills – excellent soft skills, cooperative, with strong problem-solving and analytical
skills
• Able to work to deadlines and tight timescales
