Currently, we are looking for a professional who would join us and
become part of the Pursuit Support & Client Management Center
on the position of Customer Success Manager with French, German,
Spanish or Italian
Responsibilities:
• Customer relationship management – a single point of contact for
the customer; maintenance of
customer satisfaction
• Customer’s on-boarding, adoption, potential expansion and
advocacy across a portfolio of
customers
• Manage Change Orders and provide consulting to the customer on
new products and services
• Escalation management - mitigate existing issues, qualify and
escalate to the responsible teams
no responsibility for resolving of the escalations
• Manage forecasting and P&L on an account basis and maintain
profitability
• Remediation of Performance metrics, preparation of monthly
reports regarding customer
successes, recommendations for further optimization
• Responsible for small deals, standard services with less than
