* Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, resolving various
customer service inquiries and issues;
* Manage customer requests promptly and accurately, escalating
cases when necessary, based on predefined guidelines;
* Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions while
meeting performance goals;
* Advise and inform customers about products and services;
* Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to update electronic
records accurately;
* Collaborate effectively with team members to offer proactive
