wide variety of services, such as inbound customer care, sales, technical support, back-office
support and more, we are searching for bright, friendly and skilled people for the role of
Customer Support Advisor with Czech and Slovak (REMOTE).

Отговорности

* Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, resolving various customer service inquiries and issues;
* Manage customer requests promptly and accurately, escalating cases when necessary, based on predefined guidelines;
* Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions while meeting performance goals;
* Advise and inform customers about products and services;
* Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to update electronic records accurately;
* Collaborate effectively with team members to offer proactive support and assistance.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Proficient in Czech and Slovak (C1 level or higher);
* Strong English skills (B1-B2 level or higher);
* Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage;
* Quick to adapt to changes in products, processes, and technology;
* Demonstrates a reliable attendance and punctuality record;
* Possesses solid computer literacy skills.
