are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Advisor to
join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for
providing exceptional customer service and support to their
Italian-speaking customers. You will be expected to handle a
variety of customer inquiries, including product and service
inquiries, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
phone, email, and chat in Italian;
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding
products, services, and billing inquiries;
Troubleshoot issues and provide customers with effective
solutions;
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
to their satisfaction;
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and
provide customers with the best possible service;
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and
procedures;
