Responsibilities

- Managing and resolving customer requests via phone and e-mail;
- Providing fast, efficient, and professional support;
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements and necessary skills

- Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Slovak, Finnish or Portuguese;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (for internal communication);
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work efficiently, even remotely;
- Adaptability and quick learning of new tools;
- Basic PC skills and access to a stable internet connection.
