Отговорности

• Review all incoming and outgoing transfers
• Fix incorrect or missing transfers
• New profile registration approvals
• File blocked or rejected profiles
• Data entry of information into the system
• Review and answer incoming customer queries (via email)
• Report the results in a timely manner (in Excel)
• Take all steps to troubleshoot reported issues and resolve or escalate to the appropriate level
• Create and submit detailed case logs, document customer interactions
• Deal with incoming customer inquiries in a professional manner, making sure that all requests
are promptly and thoroughly handled
• Provide feedback and accurate informations to customers in a timely manner
• Adhere to high company standards for quality, accuracy, thoroughness, timeliness and consistency
in customer care
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Fluency in Italian and English - both written and verbal
• Availability to work on different shifts 24/7 (including on weekends)
• Availability to travel
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but is not mandatory. We will train you to be the
best in business!
• Report the results in a timely manner (in Excel)
• Communication mainly via email (no communication via phone or chat)
• Basic IT competence/knowledge
• MS Office, Windows and Internet applications
• Willingness to learn and develop within an international company
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Willingness obtain new skills and competencies
• Ethics, team work and positive attitude
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• High school diploma is required
