Responsibilities

- You will conduct conversations with German customers in a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented manner
- You will identify customer needs and suggest suitable options
- You will provide support with questions about products and services
- You will strengthen long-term customer relationships through trust and empathy
- You will work with a dedicated team in a modern environment.

Requirements and necessary skills

- Good German language skills (B1/B2 or higher)
- Enjoy working with people
- Basic computer skills (typing, programs, communication)
- Experience in sales or customer service is great—but not a must!
- What's important is motivation, reliability, and openness—you'll learn everything else with us
