Customer Support Specialist with Greek Language
This job posting refers to the position “Customer Support

Your responsibilities:
Handling incoming phone calls and online inquiries
Processing email inquiries
Providing customer service via live chat communication
Tasks directly related to customer care
Candidate requirements:
Availability to work fully on-site
Precision and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Meeting deadlines
Teamwork and collaboration
Strong communication skills and integrity
Excellent command of Greek – both written and spoken
Basic computer literacy
Experience and/or knowledge in the field of sports will be
considered an advantage
Flexibility and ability to communicate with clients via phone,
chat, and email
