For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with
Lithuanian or Czech or Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

*Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing friendly and efficient support;
*Help customers resolve issues, answer questions, and guide them through orders or
troubleshooting steps;
*Deliver clear, personalized responses to ensure each customer feels heard and valued;
*Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed;
*Adhere to company processes to provide consistent, dependable service;
*Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and continuously enhance the customer experience.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluent in Lithuanian, Czech, or Arabic, with strong English skills;
*Excellent communicator with a positive, customer-focused mindset;
*Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn
matter most;
*Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying organized during busy periods;
*Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
*Confident using online platforms, software, and support tools.
