THE CROWN IS YOURS
In this role, you'll be responsible for in-depth customer
analysis, examining data across daily, weekly, and monthly reports
while categorizing customers based on different criteria. Real-time
monitoring of bets and close collaboration with the Trading team
are essential for making informed decisions. Handling customer
inquiries through email and Zendesk is part of the role, and
you'll need to escalate significant issues and trends to senior
team members when necessary. Monitoring hourly performance,
identifying top-performing customers promptly, and building
comprehensive customer profiles using both internal and external
tools are key components. Additionally, you'll support sports
traders by providing real-time insights to aid in their
decision-making process, ensuring a dynamic and agile approach in
the betting and trading environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A CUSTOMER TRADING ANALYST
Conduct in-depth analysis of customers, examining daily, weekly,
and monthly reports to identify notable trends and behaviors.
Monitor bets in real-time and collaborate closely with the trading
team for swift decision-making.
Resolve customer inquiries and limits-related issues via email and
Zendesk support
Escalate outstanding cases and significant trends to senior team
members for further action.
Keep a watchful eye on hourly performance metrics, promptly
identifying top performers while upholding quality standards.
Create comprehensive customer profiles by utilizing both internal
and external tools, considering multiple aspects of customer
behavior and activity.
Provide crucial support to sports traders, supplying real-time
insights to enhance their decision-making processes in the dynamic
betting and trading landscape.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Be capable of working flexible shifts to accommodate the dynamic
nature of the role.
Maintain a high level of English proficiency, with a required
language skill level of C1/C2.
Demonstrate expertise in sports betting and a deep knowledge of the
global sports calendar.
Possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel, leveraging it for data
analysis and reporting.
Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills to
convey critical business information promptly and clearly.
