For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-

for – Data Analyst with German and English.

Отговорности

*Manage and enhance dashboards for workforce planning and reporting;
*Spot process gaps and suggest smart, data-backed solutions;
*Deliver clear and timely reports to key stakeholders;
*Support planning teams by aligning reports with business goals;
*Track forecasts and staffing changes to guide resource decisions;
*Share insights to improve efficiency and boost performance.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*2-3 years in reporting, analytics, or business support roles;
*Strong Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills;
*Fluent in English (C1); intermediate German (B1);
*Solid grasp of forecasting and data analysis;
*Excellent communicator with stakeholder-facing experience;
*Familiar with reporting tools; Agile/Waterfall knowledge is a bonus.
