For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for – Data Specialist with French or German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Accurately enter, update, and manage large volumes of data in internal systems;
*Monitor and analyze datasets to detect inconsistencies and support key business processes;
*Collaborate with international teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across markets;
*Create regular reports and assist in building dashboards for performance tracking;
*Identify opportunities to improve data processes and suggest practical solutions.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Proficiency in French or German and B2 level of English;
*Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
* revious experience in data entry, data analysis, or similar administrative roles is preferred;
*Good command of MS Excel or Google Sheets; experience with databases is a plus;
*Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting.
