Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated,
cross-functional program within the iGaming space, ensuring
alignment with both organizational strategy and regulatory
compliance.
Define and drive comprehensive program plans that support business
growth, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple
iGaming platforms, handling budgets and resources at scale to meet
organizational objectives.
Set and lead strategic miturning pointscoordinating engineering,
QA, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless
and efficient execution.
Serve as the main contact for critical program decisions, applying
autonomous discernment and resourcefulness to address sophisticated
challenges with novel and impactful resolutions.
Persuade and sway cross-functional and upper-level management
through clear communication of intricate concepts and adjustments,
securing agreement during sensitive circumstances while encouraging
strong connections and confidence.
Supply to crafting delivery approaches, methodologies, and
strategic policies, aiding in the development of company-wide
standards and guidelines.
Drive the development and refinement of internal governance,
delivery frameworks, and compliance-aligned workflows, influencing
broader interpersonal processes and decision-making structures.
Proactively identify and lead program risks, interdependencies, and
critical bottlenecks — esraisinglockers with strategic
recommendations and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Deliver consistently high-quality results that meet scope,
timeline, budget, and regulatory performance criteria. Understand
the significant impact of decisions, where errors may result in
program failure, regulatory exposure, or disruption to business
operations.
Provide regular and open program updates to management and
executive customers, facilitating strategic alignment and informed
decision-making.
Develop and maintain robust program-level critical metrics,
dashboards, and progress reports to measure impact, ensure
accountability, and support data-driven leadership.
Implement and continuously improve program management
methodologies, governance structures, and delivery standards
tailored to the iGaming environment.
Receive direction from senior leadership in the form of short- and
mid-term strategic objectives and outcomes, applying independent
judgment and creativity to meet and exceed these goals.
Qualifications
proven track record leading large-scale technical programs.
Known to work delivering business-critical programs involving
sophisticated regulatory, technical, and cross-functional
requirements, inclleadingnaging significant budgets and resource
allocations.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications are a strong plus.
Deep understanding of iGaming platforms, regulatory frameworks, and
modern tech stacks (front-end/back-end, cloud infrastructure,
compliance tooling).
Strong ability to analyze business needs and apply
multidisciplinary knowledge across technology, compliance, and
operational domains.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and social skills, with a
validated ability to influence and change the thinking of customers
at all levels, including executives, in critical and
comsophisticatedtuations.
Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira,
Confluence)

Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Occasional travel may be necessary for attending planning meetings,
