The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing EUC (desktop) deployment OS Mac/Apple Macs, Window 7 - Windows 10, support to all internal users both office based in HQ Sofia, Principal duties will include: routine maintenance, monitoring, software installations, software audits, patching and desk moves.

- liaise with third party suppliers, manufacturers as well as other third party resolver groups, to escalate and resolve issues as required Duties and responsibilities: Windows 10 deployment, rollout and migration Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, MS Office and all authorized desktop application
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting of printers, desktop hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on PC's, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment

Изисквания и необходими умения

The EUC engineer will have excellent communication skills as well as, identifying priorities and ensuring that all requests are logged and responded to within required time frames. From time to time the applicants should be based near Sofia and able to start immediately 3-6 months contract. This opportunity is supporting end users with second line technical support, visiting users on site and via remote whilst pandemic situation.

Qualifications:
3 - 5years experience in Technical Support - Helpdesk and user support.
ITCD
